Our Dark Sultana Raisins are made from premium seedless Vitis Vinifera grapes. They are light to dark brown in color and are dried in special hygienic drying plants.

Due to their very high natural sugar content, Sultanas have a very sweet, honey-like flavor. Unlike Golden Raisins, our most popular Dark Sultana is 100% natural and sulfur-free, retaining its dark color. It is widely used in the bread industry, cake & pastry bakeries, cereal production, and the dairy industry.

After being double-washed, dried, coated with vegetable oil, stemmed, mechanically cleaned, laser & hand sorted, and metal detected under extreme hygienic care, they fully comply with legal, safety, and custom specifications.
