Our Golden Kashmari Raisins, also known as Long Golden Raisins, are made from seedless grapes of a special local Iranian variety that only grows in Iran.

Kashmari is famous for its special sweet and sour taste and its extra-long length shape. Unlike common round raisins, this is a luxury type. Like premium golden raisins, Kashmari Long Raisins are made using a controlled sulfur fumigation process and shade-dried, so they are golden amber in color.

This type is very popular for those who dislike the extreme sweet flavor of other raisin types. Like other types, Kashmar raisins are dried, coated with vegetable oil, stemmed, mechanically cleaned, laser and hand sorted, then metal detected under extreme hygienic care according to all legal and safety requirements.
